Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to provide technical consultation, commercial management, warranty review, and electronic component inventory handling. Key Highlights: 1. Warranty request management We are a Mexican company dedicated to the marketing and development of electronic components, modules, sensors, and robotics kits. We are currently seeking technically trained personnel with commercial vision to join our team as a sales engineer at our branch. **What will be your main responsibilities?** \-**Technical consultation**: Provide detailed technical consultation on store products and respond to customer inquiries. \-**Commercial management**: Identify customer needs, close sales, and follow up via Aspel or CRM. \-**Warranty review**: Manage product warranty requests in accordance with company policies. \-**Inventory handling**: Assist in inventory management by reporting stock levels, shortages, and surpluses. \-**Product display**: Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring products are correctly labeled and presented. **Profile Requirements:** \+Education: Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Robotics Engineering (student intern or incomplete degree acceptable). \+Experience: Sales and customer service experience, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and experience using Aspel or any CRM. **Offer:** **Salary:** $16,000 gross monthly. **Statutory benefits.** **Work tools.** **Overtime pay** (only if applicable). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. * Location: Downtown Guadalajara.
