




Job Summary: We are seeking a wild flora specialist to identify, rescue, relocate, and monitor plant species, ensuring their proper handling. Key Highlights: 1. Expert identification and management of wild flora. 2. Leadership in botanical rescue and relocation. 3. Design and implementation of flora establishment strategies. **KNOWLEDGE:** \-Taxonomic identification of wild flora (arboreal, shrubby, and herbaceous) \- Ecology and habitat requirements of plant species. \- Life cycles and phenology of wild species \- Botanical rescue techniques (tagging, extraction, conditioning, transportation, and relocation) \- Establishment methods: site preparation, planting, mulching, irrigation, and monitoring. \- Applicable environmental regulations \- Use of specialized literature and proficient writing skills. \- Use of GPS, thematic maps, and digital cameras. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- **Nursery Relocation** \- Identify wild flora species in the field, including priority, protected, or endemic species. \- Prepare reports \- Assess habitat and specific ecological conditions for each species \- Carry out rescue, collection, tagging, transportation, and relocation activities for plant specimens \- Design and implement strategies for site preparation and establishment of relocated flora \- Ensure proper handling of specimens during the relocation process Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Salary: $16,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Wild flora rescue and relocation: 3 years (Mandatory) License/Certification: * DRIVER'S LICENSE (Mandatory) Willingness to Travel: * 100% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
