




Position Summary: Lead and supervise preschool educational quality, ensuring children's holistic development in a safe and inclusive environment. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work and building learning communities Guarantee preschool educational quality through pedagogical leadership, proper implementation of the current SEP Preschool Study Plan and Programs, and the New Mexican School, as well as technical-pedagogical support to teachers, ensuring girls' and boys' holistic development in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Preschool Education, Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, or **Early Childhood Education.** * Graduate studies in Education, Educational Management, or Child Development. **Experience:** * Minimum 1–3 years of classroom teaching experience. * Demonstrable experience in technical direction at the preschool level. * Implementation and monitoring of the current Preschool Education Program. * Work with teacher collectives and School Technical Councils. **Key Knowledge Areas:** * Preschool Study Plan and Programs (SEP). * New Mexican School: humanistic approach, inclusion, equity, and excellence. * Child development ages 3–6 (neurodevelopment, socioemotional, cognitive, and motor). * Didactic planning by developmental domains and projects. * Formative assessment and preparation of pedagogical reports. * Curriculum adaptations and attention to diversity. * Socioemotional education strategies and positive discipline. * Basic school regulations (agreements, guidelines, and SEP school organization). * Use of basic digital educational tools (Google Education, Office suite). * Basic English. Main Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise implementation of the preschool academic program according to SEP. * Provide pedagogical support to teachers through observation, feedback, and follow-up. * Coordinate and lead the School Technical Council for the preschool level. * Design and implement evidence-based continuous improvement strategies. * Ensure safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environments. * Collaborate with general administration, families, and psychopedagogical support teams. * Ensure compliance with school regulations and administrative processes for this level.
