Job Summary: Supervise daily weaving and textile finishing operations, ensuring quality, coordinating maintenance, and training personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of textile weaving and finishing operations. 2. Ensuring quality and compliance with technical specifications. 3. Training and evaluation of personnel. Job Description: **Education:** Textile engineering, industrial engineering, or related field **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar positions **Knowledge: * Weaving processes (types of looms, tensions, fabric types). * Textile finishing processes (preparation, dyeing, printing, drying, etc.). * Textile quality control. * Production performance indicators (OEE, yield, efficiency). * Basic Office software and production systems (ERP Odoo preferred). **Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations in the weaving sections. * Verify proper operation of weaving machines and auxiliary equipment in dye houses, among others. * Ensure processes comply with customer quality standards and technical specifications. * Coordinate with maintenance to promptly resolve technical failures. * Control usage of consumables and materials within the area. * Train and evaluate personnel under direct supervision. * Maintain production records, downtime, losses, and waste. * Input data into the Odoo system for production control. * Guarantee the 5Ms. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. * Support implementation of continuous improvements in production processes. * Comply with documented information related to the IMS (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015\). * Support compliance with legal requirements of the IMS (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015\) applicable to PNT. * ***Salary: Starting from $15,000\.00 gross per month, negotiable based on experience*** Salary: Starting from $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
