Develop innovative study programs and teaching materials. **Job Objective** Deliver excellence in undergraduate teaching, facilitating theoretical\-practical learning in the design, analysis, and calculation of structural systems, ensuring students develop competencies aligned with current regulations and construction safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Academic Planning:** Develop study programs, learning guides, and innovative teaching materials. * **Assessment:** Design and administer evaluation tools that measure students' technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities. * **Professional Practice:** Supervise structural calculation projects and classroom use of specialized software. **Candidate Profile** * **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; **professional license and official degree certificate are mandatory**. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable technical experience in structural design and calculation within engineering firms or construction companies. * **Teaching Experience:** Prior classroom teaching experience at the higher education level is desirable.
