




**Store Trainer – Retail** **Job Objective:** Train and develop store staff (new hires and current employees), ensuring correct implementation of processes, policies, and operational and commercial best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Product and store process training. * Operational and administrative onboarding. * Evaluation of training effectiveness. * Identification of improvement opportunities across branches. * Adherence to Retail Management and Leadership guidelines. * Compliance with ISO 9001:2015. **Required Profile:** * Retail and customer service experience (minimum 3 years). * Experience as a trainer or instructor (minimum 2 years). * Operational knowledge: sales, inventory, cash handling, and invoicing. * Education: Bachelor’s degree, related field, or high school diploma. * Willingness and ability to travel. **Competencies:** Effective communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and public speaking skills.
