**Company:** Daystore At Daystore, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a background in retail operations, team leadership, and performance metric management—oriented toward results and operational excellence—for locations in the eastern (Iztapalpa), southern (Álvaro Obregón, Coyoacán, Cuauhtémoc) zones. **Position Objective** Ensure proper store operation through efficient personnel management, inventory control, and achievement of key performance indicators, guaranteeing high service standards and profitability. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in self-service or retail businesses. * Proficiency in handling and analyzing performance metrics. * Leadership skills and experience managing personnel (minimum of 10 employees). * Experience in inventory control and cyclic counts. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily store operations. * Manage and develop the operational team. * Monitor achievement of performance indicators and objectives. * Ensure inventory control and proper execution of cyclic counts. * Guarantee compliance with company policies, processes, and standards. **Locations:** Southern and Central CDMX, Central and Eastern zones **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $15,000 plus a $6,000 bonus. * Bonus for achieving performance indicators. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Additional benefits: vacation days exceeding statutory requirements and Total Pass membership. * Short-term professional development opportunities.
