




Job Summary: Responsible for defining and implementing sales plans, resolving operational issues, managing workplace climate and resources, training staff, and ensuring the store maintains a positive image. Corporate representation and support in accounts receivable recovery. ***PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** 1\.\- Define and implement sales plans to generate and maximize results. 2\. Responsible for resolving issues arising from store operations. 3\. Responsible for the store's workplace climate. 4\. Responsible for managing and ensuring proper use of assigned resources. 5\. Responsible for training all sales staff according to established programs. 6\. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. 7\. Represent the Company in any official matters (legal, authorities, Profeco, etc.). 8\. Responsible for maintaining the store's positive image. 9\. Support in recovering overdue accounts receivable. REQUIREMENTS:\-Education (Bachelor's degree) EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDES:\-Knowledge: In administration, sales force and marketing strategies and analysis. \-Experience: Minimum 3 years of managerial-level sales experience.
