Yo Recomiendo is a collaborative retail platform with 4 branches in the State of Mexico, where over 400 brands by Mexican entrepreneurs have a physical presence. We are a social impact project with a community of more than 13,000 entrepreneurs. We are seeking a Store Manager with genuine operational leadership skills—capable of managing their team, making independent, well-reasoned decisions, and ensuring branch performance. **What will you do?** * **Lead and monitor the branch Sales Team** * Supervise daily operations: opening, closing, product display, and organization * **Manage relationships with the entrepreneurs hosted at the store** * Maintain effective, consistent, and loyal communication with Management, objectively and promptly escalating any relevant issues * **Resolve operational situations independently and with sound judgment.** **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience leading teams in retail, stores, or customer service * **Ability to delegate, prioritize, and follow up without losing control** * Clear and direct communication with both the team and Management * **Maturity to separate personal matters from professional responsibilities** * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables), Google Sheets, social media platforms, and AI tools * **Knowledge and application of KPIs: sales target management and performance tracking** **What do we offer?** * Base salary + variable bonus * Continuous training and internal career growth * **A positive work environment with a social purpose** * On-site work at a shopping mall If you match this profile and are excited to lead a purpose-driven space, we want to meet you!
