Experience in premium customer service **Job Description** ---------------------- Amedirh partner company is seeking a “STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER” REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant manager or store supervisor in retail. * Experience in high-volume sales and premium customer service. * Management of a team of at least 7 people, inventory management, and store operations. * Proficiency in KPIs: sales, conversion rate, average ticket, UPT, daily/monthly targets, shrinkage, and inventory. * Note: Residence near the work location is preferred.
