We invite you to participate in our recruitment and selection process for: **STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER** Requirements: Education: Completed High School Diploma or Incomplete/Completed Bachelor’s Degree (aligned with the position) Responsibilities: 1\) Development of planograms and categories for the grocery sector 2\) Inventory management, physical counts, and reporting 3\) Ensuring high-quality customer service delivered by store staff 4\) Exercising situational leadership to foster a healthy and productive work environment Experience: **Minimum 1 year as STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER** in a similar business unit (self-service stores, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc.) Sales strategy implementation, inventory control, shrinkage control, customer service, cash handling, personnel management, marketing We offer: **Monthly gross salary of $12,500 MXN** **Plus a monthly productivity bonus of $3,900 MXN, plus punctuality and attendance bonuses of $200 MXN per week** Statutory benefits * Thirteenth-month bonus (15 days’ pay or proportional amount based on time worked) * Vacation premium and Sunday premium * Vacation entitlement (12 days after the first year of employment) * Online programs to complete your HIGH SCHOOL education * Birthday leave * University partnerships for pursuing your Bachelor’s degree and English courses — applicable to employee and family members * Recreational center partnerships for employee and family members * Clinical laboratory partnerships for health check-ups — applicable to employee and family members Work location: Gustavo A.
