We are seeking an Administrative Leader or Assistant Store Manager to join our founding team. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Competitive salary: $12,420 gross * Productivity Bonus: $0 to $5,590 (starting from the 4th month, based on store performance targets). * Punctuality and Attendance Award: $500\. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Savings Fund: 3%. * Savings Box: (Available starting from the 4th month). * Life insurance. * Additional benefits: Complimentary uniforms and a genuine career advancement plan. * Weekly payroll. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or retail roles. * Experience handling cash, cash register closing procedures, cash counts, and inventory management. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organizational, administrative control, and teamwork skills. \*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise store administrative processes: cash register closings, cash counts, reconciliations, and safeguarding of assets. * Ensure proper store opening and closing, verifying operational conditions and compliance with protocols. * Manage administrative processes including returns, operational expenses, advances, and internal transfers. * Supervise inventory control and cyclic inventories, ensuring orderly and accurate stock records. * Maintain organized administrative documentation and audit evidence for internal audits. * Coordinate and support the team in executing operational tasks and delivering customer service. * LOPE Standards: Guarantee ratings for Cleanliness, Order, Pricing, and Stock Availability. ***WORK SCHEDULE INFORMATION:*** Currently, due to the opening phase, our general working hours are: * Monday to Saturday: 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
