Ensuring service excellence and effective incident resolution A company specializing in the distribution of bakery raw materials is seeking a **Branch Assistant Manager**. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead comprehensive branch operations (sales, logistics, and administration). * Ensure achievement of business targets and profitability. * Supervise inventory, shrinkage, and product turnover. * Coordinate and develop the operational team (roles, discipline, and performance). * Guarantee service excellence and effective incident resolution. * Execute and monitor commercial strategies on the sales floor. * Act as substitute for the Branch Manager in their absence. **Required Profile** * 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales, or team supervision * Experience managing operational staff * Flexible availability (including weekends) * Willingness to cover other branches * Basic proficiency in Excel and point-of-sale systems. **Work Location** Central de Abastos, Chicoloapan **We Offer** Base salary: $12,000 gross monthly \+ statutory benefits \+ performance metric bonus Working hours: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
