Job Summary: We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to plan, execute, and monitor deliveries of finished products, optimize routes and resources, and manage operational personnel to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and service. At Colchas México S.A. de C.V., we are looking for a Shipping Coordinator who ensures proper planning, execution, and monitoring of finished product deliveries, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring orders arrive on time and in full, optimizing logistics routes, resources, and processes, while maintaining inventory control and efficiency in the shipping area. Main Responsibilities: \-Plan and coordinate distribution routes to ensure timely deliveries. \-Supervise shipping operations and outbound shipments of finished products. \-Ensure distribution units comply with legal and mechanical requirements. \-Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics departments to guarantee efficient workflow. \-Track deliveries and resolve incidents occurring en route. \-Supervise operational staff within the department. Requirements: \-Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred). \-Minimum 3 years’ experience as Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor or Coordinator. \-Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and inventory control. \-Experience managing operational staff. \-Results-oriented, organized, and capable of decision-making.
