Key Results Main Responsibilities: 1. Execute processes defined in the Operational Cycles Manual, ensuring accurate scanning of incoming and outgoing shipments entering the area, and timely handling of tracking orders to provide prompt customer service. 2. Contact customers whose shipments lack required delivery information, in order to obtain correct data and ensure proper delivery according to the contracted service guarantee. 3. Update and submit daily reports on processed shipments at the banking operations level, to maintain control over all incidents. 4. Provide support and assistance to external and internal customers. 5. Enter call and coordination records into the Shipment Control Agenda system. Decision-Making Internal Relationships: 1. Custody and Location Supervisor to execute actions implemented for achieving departmental objectives. 2. Shipment Control Assistants to provide mutual support in coordinating service deliveries. 3. Location Assistants to coordinate services located at the CE, CNA, and Custody areas, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction. External Relationships: 1. Customers to coordinate delivery of shipments encountering delivery issues and to provide updates on customer requests.
