Benefits we offer you: * Weekly salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits from day one (Social Security, INFONAVIT, vacation time, year-end bonus, and more) * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * 30 days’ worth of year-end bonus Additionally, you will enjoy: * Timely weekly payment * Direct employment contract * Positive work environment * Opportunity for growth Your main responsibilities: * Timely placement of orders for missing or rejected products to ensure branch stock availability, subject to approval by the Store Host. * Ensure proper inventory management through supervision of merchandise inflows and outflows. * Supervise and ensure appropriate product display and signage to facilitate guest purchasing decisions. * Lead, coordinate, and supervise activities and training of assigned staff, subject to approval by the Store Host. * Proper handling of tickets, invoices, promissory notes, and assigned funds per defined process, delivering them to respective departments to ensure correct document application. Requirements: * Education: Incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Two years’ experience in similar positions (retail). * Inventory management experience. * Personnel management, implementation of sales-floor strategies, and customer service. * Proficiency in OpenOffice. * Point-of-sale software experience.
