Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)), and virtualization. **Databases:** SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Atlas ***Main Responsibilities:*** **1\. Resource Monitoring:** Use tools such as Grafana to monitor and visualize performance and status of resources in Azure. Configure and maintain monitoring dashboards to ensure real-time visibility into critical systems. . **2 Process Automation:** Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and cloud administration processes. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Azure Bicep. . **3 Collaboration with the Development Team:** Work closely with the development team to ensure infrastructure resources meet their needs and align with DevOps best practices. Participate in planning and review meetings to provide insights and recommendations from an infrastructure perspective. **4\. Incident Management:** Log and manage incident tickets related to cloud infrastructure. Coordinate with support teams and vendors for timely resolution of issues. . **5 Alert Optimization:** Configure and optimize alerts to ensure notifications are relevant and actionable. Adjust alert thresholds and parameters based on demand and expected performance. . **6 Resource Optimization:** Monitor and analyze resource utilization to identify and eliminate underutilized or idle resources. Implement policies and procedures for efficient cloud resource management. **7 Cost Management:** Monitor and control costs associated with cloud resources.
