




Job Summary: This position involves carrying out instructions from the Department Head to cover fixed posts and implement Loss Prevention policies, contributing to the reduction of shrinkage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor facilities and security equipment to ensure proper operation. 2. Report anomalies and ensure proper stacking of merchandise. 3. Prevent theft and improper handling of store assets. CHEDRAUI VELAMAR, PLAYA DEL CARMEN ***OBJECTIVE*** Carry out directives or instructions received from the Department Head and cover assigned fixed posts, applying Loss Prevention policies and procedures at 100% to support achieving the business unit’s shrinkage target. ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Ensure facilities and security equipment are functioning properly. * Report any detected anomalies or suspicious activities. * Verify proper stacking of merchandise in the warehouse and sales floor to prevent shrinkage. * Secure items at fixed posts and high-risk areas. * Collaborate with monitoring staff and other shift colleagues to detect and prevent theft and unauthorized consumption of merchandise by customers and employees, as well as improper handling of store furniture and equipment. ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Age 20–45 * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum education: Secondary school * Experience: Not required ***COMPETENCIES*** * Acceptance of rules * Control and follow-up * Attention to detail * Problem solving Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $10,200\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * What are your main qualities?
