We are looking for a **Scrum Master** with experience in interface design and creating user-centered experiences. What would your responsibilities be? Responsibilities * Manage strategic projects for the General Directorate and business units. * Ensure proper administration and coordination of Product Owners and development teams. * Facilitate agreements and alignment with business units to guarantee achievement of objectives and deliverables. * Identify, assess, and manage technical and operational risks, issues, and impediments. * Maintain effective communication with business users, Product Owners, and Systems Directors, delivering excellent service in accordance with ORC’s. * Conduct Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective. * Administer and track projects using Jira, ensuring traceability and visibility of progress. * Manage the release and deployment process for project versions and deliverables. * Promote Design Thinking and UX/UI practices to strengthen user experience and drive innovation in technological solutions. * Foster an agile culture within the team, encouraging continuous improvement and effective cross-functional communication. Requirements * 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Coach in IT projects. * Proven experience managing projects using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Desired experience in telecommunications or technology companies. Participation in projects involving UX/UI design components and application of Design Thinking. Technical knowledge * IT project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello). * Principles of Design Thinking and user-centered ideation methodologies. * General knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, cloud, and enterprise applications. * Design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe XD — desirable). * Office 365 / Google Workspace, executive reporting, and tracking dashboards.
