Resolution of payment-related inquiries for operators Job Description We are an established company with 20 years of experience in domestic transportation; due to expansion, we are currently seeking a RECRUITER. Our office is located at Anillo Perif. Sur Manuel Gómez Morín 5885, La Llave, 45615 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal. RESPONSIBILITIES Tractor-trailer operator recruitment and selection Fieldwork, job postings, flyer distribution, and module-based recruitment Weekly work plan Socioeconomic coordination File control and assembly Resolution of operators’ payment-related inquiries Daily progress reporting ATTRIBUTES Teamwork Frustration tolerance Ability to work under pressure Organized Punctual Honest Pro\-active REQUIREMENTS Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field 2 to 3 years of experience as a recruiter Easy access to the work area WE OFFER $15,000 gross per month (depending on experience), plus productivity bonuses Statutory benefits Life insurance Training and development Free parking Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
