Job Summary: Solistica is seeking a Quality Inspector to manage the inspection of cosmetic products and medical devices, ensuring logistical excellence and compliance with quality regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the inspection of cosmetic products and medical devices. 2. Implement improvements and manage product quality. 3. Collaborate in internal, external, and supplier audits. Join the team that moves the world! We are looking for a "QUALITY INSPECTOR". Who Are We? We are Solistica, a leading company developing comprehensive 3PL logistics solutions for our clients, supported by a dedicated team committed from sunrise to sunset to delivering logistics excellence across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Latincentro. Your responsibilities will include: Performing cosmetic product and medical device inspections. Managing documentation related to the product. General quality activities such as training, NCs, CCs, FMEAs, updating forms and PNOs, and direct customer interaction on the shop floor. Applying good documentation practices. Addressing deviations from the QMS. Handling and following up on internal and external audits, as well as supplier audits. Preparing job-related documentation. Managing documentation related to product quality. Implementing improvements. Inspecting finished products, receiving, and picking. Releasing services and products. Tracking change controls. Monitoring corrective and preventive actions. Tracking risk management activities. Handling complaints. Monitoring KPIs. Requirements: * Mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Degree in Pharmacy (QFB), Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QF), or Food Science (LF). * Minimum 1 year of experience in this field. We Offer: * Monthly gross salary of $11,300 MXN. * Statutory benefits and above. * Monday to Friday: 08:00–16:00 hrs or 06:00–14:00 hrs (as required by operations); Saturdays: 06:00–14:00 hrs.
