Job description and activity details **PRODUCTION LEADER** * Directly responsible for supervising production staff performance and for collecting hourly production statistics to feed production reports and internal controls. * Maintains statistics on materials available to achieve production targets and to update inventory databases. * Anticipates and resolves issues that may affect production pace (machine and equipment failures, material supply shortages, rework, absenteeism, etc.). * Implements, monitors, and reports key performance indicators. * Identifies opportunities for process optimization. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and easily identify wood types and various product designs. (Mandatory) * Experience managing personnel * Experience in quality control * Experience in line balancing. Experience and requirements * Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. * Experience in manufacturing industry * Experience in wood industry ***Preferably experience in furniture, doors, or other wood products involving cutting, painting, or assembly. * Must reside near the Loma Bonita/Fundadores area.
