Job stability and opportunity for growth. **Toluca Industrial Zone** **Salary:** Up to $15,000 MXN per month **Position Type:** Full-time, indefinite-term contract **Join our team!** A major company located in the Toluca Industrial Zone is currently seeking talent for the role of **Production Supervisor**. **Requirements** * Incomplete or completed Industrial Engineering degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating production processes or managing operational teams. * Residency near the Toluca Industrial Zone or convenient transportation access. * Experience coordinating operational staff and monitoring KPIs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of 5S, line balancing, and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate efficient assignment of operational staff across production lines. * Monitor production plans, ensuring adherence to scheduled volumes and timelines. * Analyze operational incidents and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Maintain and analyze production KPIs (efficiency, IDH, target achievement). * Coordinate personnel incident management (absences, tardiness, vacations, and leave requests). * Verify compliance with quality standards for finished products. * Ensure proper flow and storage of finished products according to established standards. * Promote and coordinate adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Prepare and analyze daily production reports for decision-making. **Competencies** * Leadership and team coordination. * Organization and results-oriented focus. * Analytical thinking. * Sense of urgency. * Ability to work under pressure. * Problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. **We Offer** * Salary up to $15,000 MXN per month. * Option for an indefinite-term contract. * Complimentary uniforms. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth. **Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send their CV via WhatsApp to 722 350 1232\.
