Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Retail Branch Manager to oversee store operations, manage staff, and achieve sales targets. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and manages the point of sale to achieve sales targets. 2. Controls inventory and manages key performance indicators. 3. Supervises and trains staff, ensuring compliance with processes. Join our team as BRANCH MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manager in **RETAIL SECTOR** (e.g., department stores, boutiques, premium retail stores, etc.) \- Flexible availability for shift work (split shifts) \- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree \- Willingness to relocate KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Point-of-sale (POS) management \- Achieving sales targets (work plans and sales monitoring) \- Cyclical inventory control and shrinkage management \- Management of KPIs: Visual merchandising/planograms/layout, store image, average transaction value, conversion rate, units per transaction (UPT), and average price \- Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation (invoices, change, cancellations, cash counts, and cash drops) \- Product placement, labeling, restocking, and receiving \- Staff management (task assignment, attendance lists, shift and break schedules) \- Interviewing and training new hires \- Compliance with internal policies and processes Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,500.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * What is your monthly salary expectation? * This position includes a paid training period; however, daily travel to another city for training is required.
