




Job Summary: Coordinate and process full payroll operations, ensuring accurate payments and administrative oversight of personnel matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the full payroll and payment process for employees. 2. Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, and disability leave management. **PAYROLL MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS** \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology \- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing payroll for companies with 250–400 employees \- Solid knowledge of payroll calculation, IMSS, RCV, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SUA, IDSE, LIMSS, reconciliations, ISR calculation, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), variable compensation, severance settlements (finiquitos), liquidations, seniority bonuses, integration factors, payroll incidents, time clocks, employer-employee contribution calculations, payroll reports, and payroll cost analysis. \- Intermediate Excel and RP knowledge; advanced SUA and SIPARE knowledge **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Complete payroll processing on time and accurately, ensuring correct payments to employees. * Vacation tracking and management for employees. * Pay slips issued, delivered, signed, and archived. * Severance settlements (finiquitos) and liquidations. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments in IDSE, SUA, and Excel. * Disability leave management **WE OFFER** * Monthly net salary: $13,000 * Food vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Additional statutory benefits * Workweek: Monday to Saturday Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
