Responsibilities * Provide efficient and timely patient mobilization services, fostering an environment of trust, respect, courtesy, and safety. * Plan and be familiar with the scheduling of assigned patients across various departments to anticipate and facilitate patient flow. * Inspect and ensure that stretchers and wheelchairs are in good condition and located on their designated floors. * Know, implement, and stay updated on hospital processes, procedures, and policies. * Conduct rounds across different hospital areas to identify patient transfer and mobilization needs. * Deliver safe, effective, and excellent care by applying basic knowledge of the hospital’s various fall-risk assessment scales. * Transport patients within the hospital to required departments according to service needs (e.g., Imaging, Operating Room, Endoscopy, Outpatient Clinics, Hemodynamics, etc.).
