Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of food franchise outlets, maintaining brand standards, service quality, and sales targets. Key Highlights: 1. BASE SALARY + PERFORMANCE-BASED INCENTIVES *PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN FOOD FRANCHISES IS MANDATORY* Responsible for ensuring all outlets operate correctly, complying with brand-established standards, guaranteeing adherence to operational processes, service quality, and achievement of sales targets. Supervises and coordinates operations of KFC restaurants owned by Foodplay Group, located in Durango, Coahuila, and Nuevo León, ensuring an excellent customer experience, appropriate personnel management, and compliance with operational and financial performance indicators. 1. Operations Supervision * Ensure each outlet complies with franchise operational standards through a team (6 Area Managers, 2 Training Managers, and 31 Restaurant Managers). * Supervise food preparation, customer service, and cleaning procedures. * Verify adherence to brand operational manuals. 2. Personnel Management * Coordinate and supervise Store Managers and Area Managers. * Evaluate performance and support resolution of labor conflicts. 3. Performance Indicator Compliance * Analyze sales, costs, shrinkage, and profitability per outlet. * Implement strategies to improve results. * Achieve sales and productivity targets. 4. Inventory and Cost Control * Supervise food and supply inventories. * Reduce waste and control operating costs. * Ensure timely restocking. 5. Customer Experience * Guarantee service and product quality. * Resolve customer complaints. * Maintain store presentation standards. 6. Regulatory Compliance * Verify compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. * Adhere to franchise guidelines and local regulations. 7. Expansion and Continuous Improvement * Identify process improvement opportunities. * Support openings of new outlets. * Implement marketing campaigns or business strategies.
