Operations and Logistics Supervisor

Description

Ensure the sustainability of the cost center by implementing logistics processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and optimize organizational resources. **1\.\- Attendance Log:** Ensure attendance records for all team members are accurately maintained. **2\.\- Physical Vehicle Inspection:** Audit and verify that operators conduct physical-mechanical vehicle inspections, as well as record them in the digital log where applicable. **3\.\- Loading and Unloading of Vehicles:** Establish and implement customer-defined and Sinergia FLYT-defined processes and policies to ensure optimal handling of cargo, and to guarantee that no items are damaged or lost. Ensure 100% on-time and accurate deliveries. **4\.\- Timely Departure to Route:** Ensure vehicles depart on schedule to meet customer delivery commitments. **5\.\- Reporting:** Propose and generate productivity, performance, maintenance, and other reports to support continuous monitoring and improvement of the cost center. Achieve company-established objectives. **6\.\- Receipt of Delivery Proof Documents:** Safeguard service evidence and deliver it to the client upon request for verification of service completion. **7\.\- Verification of Administrative and Operational Expenses:** Responsible for reconciling expenses incurred during each trip made by each team member under their supervision. **8\.\- APP Usage:** Promote the adoption of new technologies within the organization. **9\.\- Proper Uniform Usage:** Wear the full and appropriate uniform as stipulated in the company’s internal regulations and the client’s requirements, to correctly perform job duties and minimize risks. **10\.\- Training Compliance:** Attend training sessions punctually and as scheduled by the relevant department, supporting professional development. **11\.\- Routes:** Define routes based on deliveries, always selecting the optimal route, and ensure each route is recorded and documented in the system.
