Act as interim Branch Manager in their absence Company engaged in the distribution of baking raw materials is seeking an **Assistant Branch Manager** **Main Responsibilities** * Lead comprehensive branch operations (sales, logistics, and administration). * Ensure achievement of commercial targets and profitability. * Supervise inventory, shrinkage, and product turnover. * Execute and monitor commercial strategies on the sales floor. * Act as interim Branch Manager in their absence. * Assist with loading and unloading **Required Profile** * 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales, or team supervision * Experience managing operational staff * Flexible availability (including weekends) * Willingness to cover other branches * Basic Excel and point-of-sale system proficiency. **Work Location:** Atizapan **We Offer** Base salary: $12,000 gross monthly \+ statutory benefits \+ performance metric bonus Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
