




Job Summary: We are seeking a Computer/Systems/Telecommunications Engineer with networking experience to manage monitoring, respond to incidents, and generate reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and incident response administration 2. Daily/monthly ticket generation and reporting 3. Handling requests from involved departments **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering with networking experience. (Degree holder) **Work Location:** Insurgentes Sur, Tlalpan (near Metrobús Villa Olímpica). **Schedule:** Full-time, on-call shift rotation **1–3 years of experience in:** * Demonstrable experience with tools such as: **Application Manager / SITE 7x24 / Uber Agent**. * Monitoring administration and incident response during shifts/time windows * Identification and analysis of events and incidents * Generation of alert and incident tickets arising from monitoring and operations tools * Daily and monthly reporting and documentation * On-site, email, and telephone handling of requests from involved departments **Competencies:** * Excellent service attitude * Availability * High commitment and accountability **Compensation:** * $22,000–24,000 Net * Job stability * Statutory benefits
