Job Description and Responsibilities We are seeking a strategic and operational leader responsible for directing the Manufacturing Engineering department, ensuring efficient, safe, and scalable processes that support production requirements and business growth. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, CNC Programming, Tool Crib, and Project Engineering departments. * Ensure development, updating, and control of routings, BOMs, manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, and work instructions. * Oversee proper implementation of ECNs, ECRs, first-article inspections, and new product transfers. * Develop and implement continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, rework reduction, and productivity enhancement. * Coordinate technical support to Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other related departments. Lead capacity expansion, facility layout, automation, process expansion, and optimization projects. * Manage engineering department KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, resource utilization, response times, and project completion rates. * Manage technical and administrative development of direct reports. * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as corporate requirements related to manufacturing processes. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering degree (Master’s degree preferred). * 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing and process engineering. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience in CNC, welding, and assembly processes. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. * ERP/MRP system experience (Oracle preferred). * Familiarity with GD\&T and blueprint interpretation. * Experience in time studies and line balancing. * Knowledge of quality processes and technical documentation. * APQP, PFMEA, and Control Plan experience preferred. * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software. * Strong Microsoft Office skills and data analysis tools. * Experience with CNC systems and CNC programming software. * Familiarity with document control systems. **Competencies:** * Technical and operational leadership. * Strategic planning and project management. * Decision-making and problem-solving. * Effective communication and cross-departmental influence. * Results orientation and continuous improvement mindset. * Talent development and priority management.
