WHAT WILL MY RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Supervise and coordinate all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for machinery and equipment in use. * Ensure the availability, reliability, and proper operation of critical equipment. * Manage and prioritize work orders assigned to technical personnel. * Execute the maintenance program, ensuring adherence to scheduled plans and timelines. * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures; coordinate timely resolution. * Supervise maintenance technicians to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and productivity standards. * Manage inventories of spare parts, materials, and specialized tools. * Comply with internal regulations, ISO/EMS standards, and regulatory requirements. * Provide technical support to production during equipment commissioning and release. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION Education * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field Technical Experience * Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience * Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults SOFT SKILLS * Leadership and technical team management * Decision-making ability under pressure * Effective communication * Planning and task prioritization Pneumatic Parts La Paz
