Supervision of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems An energy-sector company is seeking an Electrical Supervisor with experience in cogeneration and power generation plants. **Responsibilities:** \* Supervision of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems. \* Coordination of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. \* Operation and supervision of substations, transformers, and generators. \* Supervision of Rolls-Royce gas turbines. \* Management and leadership of unionized technical staff. \* Response to and resolution of electrical failures. \* Compliance with electrical safety standards and LOTO methodology. \* Preparation of reports and operational follow-up. \* Ensuring operational continuity and reliability of critical equipment. **Requirements:** \* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. \* 3–5 years of experience in cogeneration or power generation. \* Mandatory experience with Rolls-Royce turbines. \* Knowledge of substations, generator synchronization, and load control. \* Experience leading operational personnel. **We Offer:** \* Competitive salary \* Comprehensive benefits \* Growth opportunity Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send an updated CV.
