Summary: Johnson Controls seeks a Line Supply Supervisor to manage material availability, supervise picking and packing, and optimize supply chain operations for smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. We are looking for a **Line Supply Supervisor.** **What will you do?** * Ensure requested materials are available and complete. * Supervise picking and packing processes. * Monitor order fulfillment timelines and accuracy * Check stock levels and report shortages or excesses. * Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections. * Oversee material receiving and proper storage. * Control outbound flows to production * Assign tasks to warehouse or picking staff. * Train team members on procedures, safety, and system use. * Evaluate performance and motivate the team to meet goals. * Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations. * Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors. * Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, production). * Generate reports on picking performance, errors, and productivity. * Document incidents and corrective actions. * Maintain accurate records in the system. * Attend staff meetings * Monitoring downtime * Root cause analysis **How will you do it?** * Working with JCMS operating system tools * Develop and implement effective materials management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs. * Oversee the planning and scheduling of materials to align with production requirements and operational goals. * Monitor and analyze inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. * Lead and train materials management staff to enhance their skills and improve team performance overall. * Implement best practices in materials handling and storage to ensure efficiency and safety in operations. **What are we looking for?** * Fluent in English (Advanced level preferred) * Knowledge in SAP * Internal Logistics concepts * Supply chain concepts * Root Cause Analysis Tools * HC salary management * A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. * A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in materials management or inventory control. * Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing processes and reducing waste. * Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with teams and external partners. * Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team in a dynamic environment. * Proficiency in materials management software and inventory tracking systems. **What do we offer?** * Comprehensive benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Supportive and inclusive work environment. * Commitment to work\-life balance and employee well\-being. * Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference. **Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a condition for hiring, continued employment, or promotion**, in accordance with its commitment to labor equality and non\-discrimination.
