Apply now for the position of: Site Leader **Objective:** Ensure safe and reliable solar park operations within budget, safeguard asset integrity, and guarantee compliance with all project-related contracts. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure all on-site activities are conducted safely in accordance with Health and Safety policies and procedures. * Coordinate with the ROC to operate the solar park safely, reliably, and at high performance levels. * Develop and execute the maintenance plan to ensure equipment reliability and integrity. * Negotiate, administer, and supervise contracts with material and service providers for solar park maintenance. * Plan, organize, and control the execution of the budget plan to achieve business objectives. Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to support timely decision-making. * Supervise proper management of the spare parts warehouse. * Manage and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance. * Update SGI operational procedures jointly with the Quality and Compliance department. * Manage supplier warranties. * Support relations with neighboring communities and local stakeholders. * Coordinate with the Accounting department on expense accruals, inventories, and accounts payable for the business unit. **Requirements:** * Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Training in the energy sector. * Minimum 5 years of experience operating, constructing, designing, and maintaining conventional and renewable power plants.
