**Lathe Operator / Technician in Machinery and Tools** **Location:** Tultitlán de Mariano Escobedo. **Salary:** $12,500\.00 MXN or more per month (depending on qualifications) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs., and Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00 hrs. (Fixed rest day on Sundays). **Education:** Completed secondary school or Technical Degree in Machinery and Tools. **Experience:** 3 years or more in similar positions (preferably in the automotive sector). **Skills:** Teamwork, organized, strong attention to detail, and creativity in problem-solving. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of blueprints. * Proficiency in the metric system used in blueprints. * Use and setup of dividing heads. * Knowledge of power transmission components. * Advanced use of measuring instruments. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of working at heights. * **Responsibilities** * Efficient operation of lathe and welding machinery. * Use of dividing heads for specific parts. * Performing basic preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. * Fabrication and precision adjustment of parts with high accuracy and attention to detail. * Carrying out tasks specified in the work order requested by the customer. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary (open to negotiation based on technical experience). * Stable working schedule from Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturday). * Excellent team-oriented work environment.
