Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role while carrying out the following activities. *Operations*: + Implement and operate perimeter security platforms to ensure availability and continuity of mission-critical infrastructure. + Ensure effective handling of change controls and critical incidents in production. + Analyze, propose, and implement rules and policies—per established standards and guidelines—to ensure network protection, in coordination with related areas such as Development and Infrastructure. + Manage operational monitoring and operational continuity—including availability, capacity, events, performance, and compliance. + Ensure operation, hygiene, and cyber resilience of the infrastructure by performing tasks such as health monitoring, rulebase review, hardening, backups, high availability, and event monitoring. *Vendor Management*: + Effectively and efficiently manage vendors providing infrastructure-related services. + Measure, report, and collaborate on improving service levels delivered by these vendors. *Continuous Improvement*: + Propose and implement improvements in infrastructure management and operations—including automation, standardization, policy optimization, reduction of MTTA/MTTR, and change execution times. *Evaluation*: + Participate and collaborate in evaluating and reviewing new architectures. + Participate and collaborate in preparing, executing, and closing technology tenders related to infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering/Technologies, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields. * Skills and competencies such as: + Collaborative work with other IT areas, including Development and Infrastructure. + Management of relationships with authorized manufacturers and distributors. * Minimum 3 years’ experience operating the required technologies. * Training and/or certifications in Palo Alto and Cisco Firewalls (desirable). * Desired knowledge of ecosystem technologies such as Gigamon and Cisco switches. * Complementary knowledge in Networking, Telecommunications, and DNS. * Knowledge and experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. * English: Intermediate. * Willingness to travel: N/A * Willingness to relocate: N/A *At Grupo Financiero Banorte, we foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and equity.
