Job Summary: Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to resolve technical issues within operations facilities and contribute to the ongoing development of new technologies. Key Highlights: 1. About the Role As an IT Support Associate II, you’ll use your skills to help the operations team resolve technical issues within an Amazon Operations facility across a wide range of technical disciplines. Key job responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Assignment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities. * Handle support requests and procedures via the network. * Collaborate on onboarding and training of new employees. * Continuously learn about new technologies. * Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers. \#AmazonMexico**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * 1\+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience * Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems * Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * CompTIA A\+, CompTIA Network\+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications * Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
