Age: 25 years old Experience: 2 years Technical knowledge: Corrective and preventive maintenance of iMacs **(Intermediate to Advanced)** Responsibilities: Ticket tracking. **Monitoring of activities (internet speed, access points, printer toner).** \* **Corrective and preventive maintenance of PCs and/or laptops (MacBooks), conducted both on-site and remotely.** **\*** Partial or full hard drive backup. **Diagnose technical issues and provide prompt, effective solutions.** Software and operating system updates for Windows and macOS. **Proficiency in Office software. Level: Intermediate to Advanced.** Knowledge of Google Suite. Level: Basic to Intermediate. **Configuration and/or backup of POP3 and IMAP email accounts.** Incident resolution, both on-site and remotely.
