Due to growth, we are seeking: **IT Asset Control Coordinator** **Key Knowledge:** * Experience in the IT asset lifecycle, CMDB management, and tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy. * Knowledge of standards such as ISO. **Skills:** * Project management related to asset management. * Effective communication with various organizational levels. * Leadership in process implementation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Oversee the IT asset lifecycle. * Maintain data accuracy in the CMDB. * Ensure regulatory compliance. * Optimize processes to improve management and reduce costs. * Collaborate with other teams to align IT processes. * Prepare reports and participate in audits. **Schedule: Monday \- Friday, 9am \- 6pm** Work location: **Monterrey International Airport (Apodaca, NL) — 100% on-site** We seek professionals with degrees related to Information Technology, who possess strong empathy, energy, enthusiasm, and passion for doing things well.
