Job Summary: This role seeks an Inventory Assistant specialized in ensuring inventory control, accuracy, and reliability through physical counts and recordkeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Detect and analyze inventory discrepancies Walmart Distribution Center – Transportation Position: Specialized Inventory Assistant **Objective:** Ensure warehouse inventory control, accuracy, and reliability by properly executing physical counts, system entries, and discrepancy reconciliation, thereby supporting operational continuity and decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Perform cyclic and physical inventory counts. * Validate goods receipts, shipments, and transfers. * Reconcile physical inventory vs. system (WMS / ERP). * Detect, analyze, and report inventory discrepancies. * Document authorized adjustments and maintain traceability. * Ensure proper labeling, location, and rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Support internal and external inventory audits. * Generate inventory, shrinkage, and obsolescence reports. * Comply with 5S standards for order, cleanliness, and safety. **Requirements:** * High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * SAP knowledge * Billing experience * Experience in transportation or related areas (minimum 6 months) * Work schedule: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (availability to rotate across all three shifts) **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $15,700 (pre-tax) * Transportation service or parking * Cafeteria service * Savings fund starting at 2% and savings box * Annual bonuses * Monthly food vouchers (13% of salary) * Fonacot * 100% Infonavit coverage * 12 vacation days * Sunday premium (25%) * Vacation bonus (25%) * Daycare services * 15-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * PTU (profit-sharing) * Many additional exclusive benefits For more information and interviews, call: 891 108 1893 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
