External system integration and continuous improvement **Infrastructure Specialist** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience: Specialist level (3–5 years in a similar role) **Essential Knowledge:** * Cloud services (SaaS, PaaS) on Azure, AWS, or Google * SQL database management * ITIL, SCRUM, and PMI methodologies * Virtual servers (Hyper-V or VMware) * LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN networking (CCNA) * AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO policy administration **Responsibilities:** * Administration of local and cloud domain services. * Documentation, evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure. * Management of system monitoring, network ecosystem, and operational metrics. * Integration of external systems. * Handling requests and incidents. **We Offer:** $25,000\.00 gross monthly Statutory benefits Enhanced benefits Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
