Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Collection Officer to manage overdue payments through home visits and telephone calls, offering alternative payment solutions and following up on agreements. Applies strategies for the recovery of assigned accounts. **Opportunity at Caja Popular Mexicana:** We are looking for a candidate for the role of **Administrative Collection Officer**, who will contribute to the success of our institution. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Conduct home visits and support telephone-based collection activities to recover overdue payments owed to the institution. 2\. Generate and deliver notices inviting clients to settle their overdue loan payments. 3\. Advise clients on available payment alternatives and agreements as options to settle their overdue loan payments. 4\. Follow up on payment commitments and agreements reached. 5\. Implement strategies, campaigns, and recovery plans for assigned accounts. 6\.
