Someone who can diagnose operational issues by observing the drive-thru flow and resolve them through team development. We require experience managing multi-unit coffee shops with an emphasis on quality and people, as well as experience operating coffee shops with drive-thru (speed). Key Responsibilities * Launching operations (opening), hiring and training staff, setting up inventory, equipment testing, and execution. * Achieving operational excellence by optimizing service times at the drive-thru window and vehicle service. Expertise in coordinating the team across order taking, production, and fast, efficient delivery. * Ensuring strict safety protocols for staff and traffic management in drive-thru lanes. Guaranteeing product quality through equipment calibration and supervision of menu recipes. * Responsible for cost control, inventory management, and shrinkage. * Implementing commercial strategies. * Developing team members to become leaders in their roles, capable of resolving area-specific conflicts. * Preparing future leaders to ensure a pipeline of talent ready for new positions during expansion. * Fostering a positive and dynamic work environment where service speed is integrated with human warmth. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience leading food and beverage units (coffee shops), with mandatory drive-thru operational experience. * Proficiency in self-service KPIs, P&L, and point-of-sale technology management. * Skills: Self-management, strategic vision, conflict resolution, and leadership. * Experience managing performance indicators related to profitability, operational excellence, human factor, and scores in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) audits.
