




Due to expansion, we are looking for: BRANCH MANAGER (financial, out-of-town route) Responsibilities: PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT \- Knowledge or experience with Office suite ·Meet credit placement targets Recovery of accounts receivable ·Develop strategies to achieve assigned sales goals. ·Implement, model, and provide feedback on the sales methodology for both personal and team performance. ·Development and acquisition of new accounts. ·Build a sales force by attracting productive and high-performance advisors. ·Monitor through sales controls and reports. ·Ensure compliance with credit policies and guidelines. ·80% field work and 20% onsite work. **Proven experience in:** ·Customer negotiation. ·Collection of overdue accounts. Requirements: ·Completed or incomplete degree. ·Essential experience in credit sales, basic knowledge of Office suite ·Valid driver's license / ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles. ·No issues working onsite at the branch and no transportation constraints as 80% of the job is in the field.
