Job Summary: We are seeking Delivery Drivers to join our team in Mexico, performing timely deliveries and maintaining communication with the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely delivery of goods following established routes. 2. Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintenance. 3. We are experiencing rapid growth, which is why we are seeking our next: **Delivery Driver** We offer: * **Base salary: $9500** * **KPI bonus: $3,000\.00** * **Night shift bonus** * **Food vouchers: $2300** * **Statutory benefits** What will you be doing? 1\.Depart punctually according to the dispatch schedule, follow the established route, and ensure timely delivery of goods; 2\.Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintenance, including pre-departure checks to ensure proper operation; 3\.Complete required operations on the designated mobile application and maintain communication with Dispatch, HUB, and CDC; 4\.Comply with traffic regulations in Mexico and promptly report any delays, accidents, or road closures (e.g., CAPUFE conditions). What do you need to join our team? Minimum 1 year of experience as a Delivery Driver, preferably in logistics; availability for **NIGHT SHIFT**, completed secondary education, age 20–50 years, and valid **FEDERAL TYPE B LICENSE**. Hold a valid driver’s license (Federal Type B / E license, depending on vehicle type); 2\.Have experience in logistics transportation or trunk routes (1–3 years or more) and familiarity with major transportation routes and highways (e.g., CAPUFE network); 3\.Be skilled in operating the corresponding vehicle type (e.g., 3.5 tons, 8 tons, tractor-trailer, etc.) and proficient in using a smartphone for system operations (APP scanning, check\-in, etc.); 4\.Possess basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and identification of simple faults; 5\.Be available to work the night shift, from 22:00 to 06:00\.
