Participate in improvements and development of new components and projects for process equipment. Plan and jointly execute with the team new designs to enhance the performance of process equipment. Proficiency in maintenance skills. IMPORTANCE **TOPICS AND APPLICATION IN PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE\-EQUIPMENT IMPROVEMENT SYSTEM\-BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF 5S AND ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS.** **ELECTROMECHANICAL TECHNICIAN\-MECHATRONICS TECHNICIAN\-INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN\-INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN\-MACHINERY AND TOOLS TECHNICIAN.** EXPERIENCE 4 to 6 years in similar positions. ATTITUDE AND STRENGTHS OF THE PROFILE. * Diagnosing and tracing electrical control failures * Diagnosing and tracing mechanical failures * Diagnosing and tracing pneumatic system failures * Analysis and repair of precision equipment * Analysis of electrical equipment * Knowledge of punch presses * Knowledge of shearing machines * Knowledge of hydraulic systems * Knowledge of motors \- gear reducers * Knowledge of bearings (linear\-ball, etc.) * Knowledge of overhead cranes (hoists) * Knowledge of pistons \- maintenance \- hydraulic / pneumatic Use and knowledge of tools. 1\. Manual tools, conventional machinery and tools, CNC machines, arc welding and oxy-gas welding equipment 2\. Vernier calipers. 4\. Manual and electric cutting tools. 5\. Adjustment and assembly tools (torque wrench: for applying exact torque when tightening bolts and nuts, press, gears and pulleys) 6\. Basic knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 7\.
