Today, we have an opportunity for a **Value Delivery Manager** ready to take on this challenge. **What will be your impact?** *You will be responsible for managing and scaling the digital business of your assigned brand(s) by deeply understanding their needs and effectively coordinating internal teams to implement industry best practices.* ** **To succeed, you’ll need...** * To serve as the primary point of contact between the brand and Infracommerce, acting internally as the brand’s voice. * Understanding of client goals and needs, with the aim of maximizing sales through their digital channel. * In-depth knowledge of the commercial agreement between both parties. * Ensuring brand satisfaction and transforming them into advocates of our work. * Coordinating an interdisciplinary team aligned with defined objectives (Digital Commerce, Digital MKT, Marketplaces, Campaign Design). * Prioritizing and aligning with internal teams and the brand on developments and implementations that meet agreed-upon objectives. * Ensuring timely and accurate execution of the defined commercial strategy roadmap. * Achieving commercial objectives. * Helping the brand unlock its full commercial potential. * Planning, tracking, and reporting on business management results. * Conducting local and international market benchmarking within the sector to identify trends that can strengthen our brands’ businesses.
