Job Summary: We are seeking talent with experience in Hard Discount to ensure store profitability, operations, and development, working collaboratively to achieve regional and overall objectives. A nationally expanding company with monthly store openings We are a Mexican company inspired by successful Hard Discount formats such as ALDI in Germany and BIM in Turkey. Since 2004, we have built a leading Hard Discount supermarket chain in Mexico. We currently operate over 1,000 stores, primarily in the central region of the country, and are executing an ambitious nationwide expansion plan. We consistently open 12 to 14 new stores each month. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our outstanding team. Requirements: Minimum education: University degree with certificate. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Required competencies: Integrity, Leadership, Communication skills, Flexible availability. Responsibilities: \- Execute necessary actions to ensure profitability of assigned stores. \- Ensure daily store operations comply with standards, policies, and 3B Culture. \- Achieve planned district development objectives. \- Execute necessary actions to ensure continuous excellence and training for Store Managers and stores. \- Collaborate with company departments to achieve regional and overall corporate objectives. \- Implement and oversee sales activities for the Product of the Month and special promotional campaigns.
