DE C.V.** *We are looking for your talent as:* **Die Cutter.** **\*** 3 openings for 1st shift (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday). **\*** 5 openings for 2nd shift (4:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday; initially, training lasts approximately one month on the 1st shift, followed by transfer to the 2nd shift). **General Information:** * This position offers a weekly net salary ranging from: $2200 to $2500, depending on experience and/or demonstrated skills. * Overtime pay is provided according to hours worked per week. * Social security enrollment begins on the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits (vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus). * Cafeteria service (available only for the 1st shift). * Weekly payments via electronic transfer every Friday (the workweek runs from Thursday to Wednesday, with payment issued each Friday). **Job Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar activities. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders. * Operation and adjustment of dies. * Industrial safety standards. * Skills: * Precision and attention to detail. * Ability to detect defects in parts or equipment. * Teamwork and effective communication. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications to determine required die type, material, and dimensions. * Prepare, install, and adjust dies on machines according to the type of work to be performed. * Operate manual, mechanical, or hydraulic die-cutting machines, ensuring precision during cutting or stamping processes. * Verify quality of produced parts by checking measurements, finishes, and tolerances. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on dies and related equipment. * Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Record daily production output and report any incidents or process deviations.
